INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA THROUGH VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (CCTV)

2. Purpose of Processing
The company operates a video surveillance system exclusively for:
• protection of life and physical integrity of persons,
• protection of facilities, equipment and property,
• prevention, detection and investigation of unlawful acts.
3. Legal Basis
Processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Legitimate Interests Analysis
The legitimate interest of the company consists in ensuring the safety of persons lawfully present on
the premises, as well as protecting property and facilities from theft, damage, vandalism or other
criminal acts.
Image recording is limited strictly to common areas of increased risk and does not focus on private
areas.
5. Areas Under Surveillance
Cameras operate only at entrances, exits, common corridors and parking areas.
No recording takes place inside apartments, bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets or other private areas.
6. Categories of Data
Only image data are collected. No audio recording is carried out.
7. Data Recipients
Access to the footage is granted only to authorized persons of the company.
Data may be disclosed to competent authorities only where required by law.
8. Retention Period
Footage is retained for three (3) days and is automatically deleted thereafter.
In case of an incident, the relevant footage is isolated and retained only for as long as necessary for
investigation and for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
9. Security Measures
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented, such as access credentials,
restricted user access, logging of access actions and secure storage.
10. Data Subject Rights
Each individual has the right of access, restriction, objection and erasure of their personal data.

11. Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you
have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
