Accommodation

Each apartment is fully equipped even for long stays. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms, comfortable sitting area, anatomic mattresses, all apartment's rooms are airconditioned, large screen TV, Free WiFi and more. We do have a washing & drying machine in the Laundry Area, free of charge for our guests and Tablets on demand and upon availability.

Please note:

  • In Perdika Residences there is no reception desk - our welcome team will welcome you for check-in (there is an option for self-check-in upon request or after 20:00).
  • Inside the building the is an elevator.

Check-in and Check-out times

  • Check-in Hours: 15:00 - 20:00 (3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.). During this window, a team member will be available to assist with your arrival and check-in procedures.

  • Check-out Time: By 11:00 a.m.Upon departure, please place the keys on the main kitchen table inside the apartment, ensure that you have collected all your belongings, and close the door securely behind you.

  • For added convenience, to minimize any waiting time and for added privacy, self-check-in is available using a secure lockbox located outside your designated apartment.

Key collection instructions in case of self Check-in:

You will receive your apartment number and your 4digit lockbox code in an email 24 hours before your arrival. Please locate the lockbox outside your apartment. Enter the code, take your keys and carefully close the box after use.

Guest Details

For the smooth coordination of your arrival, it is necessary for us to have a telephone number at which we contact you, so that, if necessary, we may contact you prior to your arrival and also during your stay. Where required, the necessary identification details may also be requested.

Guest payment options

All payments are required in advance; payment at the premises is not available.

Guests & occupancy

  • Each apartment is intended for the number of guests declared at the time of booking.
  • For safety and comfort reasons, additional guests are not permitted without prior notification to the business.

Personal belongings & theft

  • The business bears no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised to take care of their personal belongings throughout their stay, both in indoor and outdoor areas of the property (e.g. balconies, yard).

Additional safety equipment

  • Additional fire extinguishers and a first aid kit are available in central areas of the building.
  • Safety equipment is intended exclusively for use in emergency situations.
  • Misuse or unauthorized use of safety equipment is prohibited.

House Rules

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and the corridors. Smoking is allowed at the balconies or terraces.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Parties/events are not allowed.
  • Quiet hours are between 15:00 and 17:30, and after 23:00-07:00. Please remember it is a residential neighborhood.
  • Use of the kitchen by minors is permitted exclusively under the direct supervision of an adult.
  • A fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in every kitchen for emergency use only.
  • As everywhere in Greece, it is not allowed to throw paper or other disposables into the toilet.
  • Basic hygiene items (toilet paper and hand soap) are provided. A small welcome set of shampoo and shower gel is also available for your convenience, ideal for your first moments of relaxation after your journey. For any additional toiletries or personal care items, such as toothpaste and similar essentials, guests are kindly requested to obtain them from nearby supermarkets or pharmacies.
  • A few complimentary bottles of water will also be placed in the refrigerator upon arrival, as a small welcome gesture for your first moments at the property.
  • Housekeeping, including cleaning service is provided every 3days and the change of towels and bed linen is provided every 3-4 days.
  • Detailed Guest Information and Emergency Contact Card is available in each apartment.
